Visualization of the TF network map of Cryptococcus neoformans

Instructions for visualization:

• Select TFs and targets (checkbox on the left) to see the regulatory network links connecting them.
• Scroll to zoom in or out. Click and drag to move to a different part of the network display.
• Red indicates genes that encode TFs, blue all other genes.
• For a visualized network, shift+click a TF node to select that TF and its targets. To deselect an already selected TF and targets, shift+click again.
